About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spring Intern to join our Human Resources team, specifically within Talent Acquisition.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects that add value to the company.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide support for hourly recruiting efforts.


* Assist with New Hire Orientation and Onboarding processes.


* Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and filing for the entire HR team.


* Lead a major project to initiate the digitization of paper HR records stored on-site.


* Present project outcomes at the intern symposium at the end of spring.

To be successful in this role and to play a part in our ongoing success we desire the following background:

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:


* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Must be able to work minimum 25 hours, 40 hours preferred


* Previous HR experience is not required but is considered a plus.


* Preferred candidates will have office and/or administrative experience.


* Strong organizational and time management skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
