What you’ll be doing 

As we continue to grow, we are opening this new opportunity, to lead the Western Region in North America.  

You’ll be one of 3 Commercial Enterprise Sales Leaders reporting to the SVP of Sales for Americas affording you significant visibility and opportunity to influence outcomes. 

We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) unless traveling for work. 

You will be responsible for… 


* Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for assigned region. 



* Directing sales activities through Regional Directors within assigned area, setting expectations, providing mentorship, prioritizing efforts, holding the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle. 



* Coaching the sales team to uncover new opportunities, develop net new logos, build champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of Tricentis products and services, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and return on investment. 



* Investing in the Hiring, Onboarding, and Retention of an all-star sales team 



* Leveraging partnerships with Channels to extend our reach with customers and prospects 



* Partnering with Services organization to increase time of sale attach to accelerate time to value for our customers 



* Effectively develop and communicate the strategy to drive aggressive growth. 



* Collaboration with Sales Enablement to ensure teams understand and embrace the sales process and methodology, Tricentis products and the value they deliver to our customers ensuring standards of success are clearly articulated. 



* Communicating effectively with Senior Leadership including C-Staff 



* Building cross-functional partnerships, to create a flawless customer experience. 



* Extensive CRM systems (Salesforce, Clari) use.
