Summary:

You will be the AVP for the Service Provider and Technology business line within the Service Provider and National Programs Group in Supervision & Regulation.  Provide thought-leadership and actively participate in ongoing execution and strategic planning for functional and Division-wide areas.

Oversee teams that conduct examinations and related supervisory activities for complex technology companies.

Develop and maintain critical alliances with counterparts within the Federal Reserve System and at other regulatory agencies.

Communicate effectively with wide ranging key stakeholders on complex technology-based supervision issues.

Manage Division and functional area budget and human resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the Bank’s mission and objectives.

You will report to the VP, Supervision & Regulation.

Location: You must be within commuting distance of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, or the Miami, Jacksonville, or Birmingham branches.

Responsibilities:


* Oversee service provider examinations and related regulatory activities for assigned entities.


* Represent the Bank and the Division during meetings with directors and senior executives of service providers, staff of the Board and senior officials of other Reserve Banks, and senior representatives of other Federal and State agencies.


* Provide thought leadership and participate in formulation of objectives, policies, procedures and strategic direction in areas of direct functional responsibility and for the Division.


* Influence and implement the strategic direction of the Division in carrying out its supervisory mission and translate strategies into specific business actions, priorities, and goals.


* Represent the Division and the District by leading on Bank and System committees.
