Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities


* Design and develop end to end API and streaming applications in AWS


* Operational triage of bugs, failed test cases and system failures


* Creating and optimizing application/infrastructure performance metrics


* Architecting a pilot or proof of concept effort to bring innovation to delivery


* Provide recommendations and design optimal configurations for large-scale deployments


* Collaborate with Product Owners to finalize requirements and execution plan


* Mapping features and user stories to detailed technical specifications


* Mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership for teams in onshore/offshore model

Requirements and Skill sets needed


* 5+ years working experience with AWS and related services, primarily building and deploying API/streaming applications, ETL jobs and AWS DevOps practices


* 5+ years of software development experience in Python


* 5+ years experience in designing technical solutions using object-oriented design concepts and micro services design patterns


* Proficiency in RESTful API services and framework


* Experience working with containers such as Open Shift/ Kubernetes/ Docker is desirable


* Experience working with Java, Kafka


* Working knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitActions, GitHub, Terraform and Jira).


* Working knowledge of NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB


* Experience in Agile SDLC and related tools


* Excellent communication skills
