Quality Assurance Engineer

KBX Technology Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team, you will have the opportunity to work for a cutting-edge technology company that creates disruptive change within the logistics and freight industries.
The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for executing quality automation methods across multiple cloud-based products.
The qualified candidate will possess a deep understanding of test automation planning, testing automation tools, agile methodology and the BDD development process.
Our Team
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be a member of the Quality Assurance team, which consists of manual and automated test engineers who work directly with product teams to ensure quality products are delivered to customers.
What You Will Do
* Participate as scrum team member to plan and implement product features.
* Assist Software Engineers with documenting proper functional test scenarios (Manual + Automation) based on risk/value.
* Develop implementation details for executing Functional Test (UI + API) Specifications.
* Plan, write and execute manual, automated tests
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in a quality assurance role supporting software development engineers and teams
* Experience with testing Java, C# and .Net applications
* Experience using Gherkins or BDD for writing test scenarios
* Experience testing using an automation framework
* Experience planning, developing, maintaining manual and automated UI and API tests
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience with Specflow framework
* Experience with Manual and Automation functional testing (UI, API, GRPC)
* Experience in a cloud microservices testing environment using Docker
* Experience with Visual Studio and Git
* Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployment
* Experience with customer releases using Feature Flags
* Experience with UX and accessibility testing
* Experience using tools like Postman, Postgres, SQL Server, Kafka and Studio 3T
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
