RN Navigator, Pulmonary
100% FTE, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an RN Navigator to:
* Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families through Pulmonary care.
* Be a conduit of information between inpatient and outpatient services and pre- and post-surgical care for patients and families.
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with Pulmonary providers, carry out coordinated plan of care for patients, and be highly organized and great at multi-tasking.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
* Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
* 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
* 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
* Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
* Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
