Summary
Pick and check finished product orders in a timely manner base on priorities.
Package and accurately complete documentation for all shipments.
Handles inbound and outbound raw materials and finished goods.
Adhere to SOP’s
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicates with other department to help ensure the packaging operation run smoothly and uninterrupted.
(Scheduling, Finance, R&D, Lab, QA, Label Control, Document Control, Distribution)
Load and unload trucks as required.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Inspects and records amounts and condition of materials or items received or distributed
Maintain inventory in proper storage condition.
Pick, pack and check all outgoing shipments.
Verify material identity, lot numbers, count and customer on all shipments.
Set-up appointments with customers and trucking companies.
Ensure proper paperwork accompanies shipments i.e.
Depot, PR and partials are marked with NDC & lot # (both physical and electronic copies).
Must be able to write and speak clearly in order to interface with internal and external customers.
Monitors and maintains component inventory in the KBM system.
Receives and enters all packaging components in the KBM system.
Monitors, maintains, and reorders all miscellaneous log books for the department
Required to operate/drive forklift or truck
Ability to perform basic tasks within the site’s ERP system and WHMS.
Verify vendors for all incoming material
Keep records of Controlled Substance Shipments
Work with procurement on incoming POs
Other duties as assigned
Must participate and successfully complete all training as required by the company
