Assembly Supervisor
The Assembly Supervisor position play a very important role within Bray Commercial.

Assembly Supervisor responsibilities:
* Assign and communicate workload to all warehouse employees
* Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees
* Maintain inventory by conducting daily cycle counts, inventory movement and organization.
* Properly document all inventory transactions in ERP software
* Work on reducing/eliminating costly receiving, and warehouse mistakes
* Prioritizing warehouse tasks in order to work ahead.
* Handle incoming non-conforming products as well as off the shelf.
* Work with different departments to meet customer requirements.
* Overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
* Report and present daily KPI’s.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and core competencies:
* High School diploma required
* Forklift experience
* At least 2 years’ experience as warehouse supervisor or similar experience
* Ability to operate computers to print orders and tags
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work nighttime shift plus overtime as needed during the week and/or on Saturdays
* Ability to perform basic math skills
* Ability to stand for long hours
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
