The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering Supervisor will lead and deliver quality assurance for our software products in the Federal Reserve System technology platform and products.

You will be an important part of our technology team, assuring the quality of innovative solutions for multiple applications and technology platforms across the enterprise.

In this hands-on role, you lead a QA team working with multiple Product Teams and manage the engagements focused on delivering high-quality software capabilities.

You will manage relationships and client engagements working with customer leaders, Scrum Masters/Release Train Engineers, and Product Owners.

Your direct reports will be comprised of QA Engineers and SDETs involved with all types of testing, including automation, performance, manual/exploratory, and data/database validation based on the supervisor role specified above.

You will personally contribute to and support the QA Engineers for the testing approach/strategy for the Product Teams of the engagements assigned.

You will also contribute to the design and development of our testing platform/services and strengthen technology practice through use of industry-leading techniques and technologies, while developing your and the QA Engineers skills.

Experience with hands-on testing, test automation and test planning/management is required.

Operations QA Engineering Supervisor will focus on Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Operations and Engagement Management. You will lead a team of engineers using a variety of tools for test automation, such as Java, Selenium, Cypress, ACCELQ, JMeter and source code management products like GitLab, TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT and Subversion.
