Sr. Manager, Digital Evolution

The Senior Manager of Digital Evolution will lead initiatives that drive the digital transformation strategy across the organization.

This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge business goals with technology solutions to accelerate digital adoption, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging technologies, change management, and digital strategy execution.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


* Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.



* Technology Enablement: Oversee the integration and implementation of innovative digital tools and platforms that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams.



* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with key stakeholders across departments (IT, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience) to foster collaboration and ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.



* Change Management: Drive organizational change by incorporating strategic communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies that promote digital adoption among employees and customers.



* Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to track progress, optimize digital solutions, and measure success against KPIs such as customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.



* Project Management Excellence: Lead and manage multiple digital initiatives concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.



* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation projects, including technical, operational, and human capital risks.



* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).


* 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.


* Proven experience leading large-scale digital projects and driving technology-driven innovation in complex organizations.


* Strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT, cloud computing) and their applications in business.
