Housekeeping Supervisor

Our vision is to be the premier provider of post-acute care, and we are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of resident areas, public spaces, and community grounds.


* Plan and schedule cleaning programs, including move-in preparations, carpet cleaning, and annual deep cleans.


* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.


* Conduct training sessions for staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations (MSDS, OSHA, EPA, etc.).


* Assist with hands-on cleaning duties when needed, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and resident apartments.


* Help maintain a safe working environment and ensure safe working practices for all housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.


* Supervisory experience and knowledge of scheduling preferred.


* Previous experience in long-term care facilities is a plus.
