Warehouse Attendant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision, a Warehouse Attendant will:


* Transfer material, supplies and assemblies from the warehouse to the intended party


* Perform manual and routine clerical duties in the warehousing area


* Verify and maintain stock records, logs, shortage reports and other documentation

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:


* Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner


* Gathers and analyzes information skillfully


* Develops alternative solutions


* Works well in group problem solving situations


* Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics


* Observes safety and security procedures


* Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines


* Reports potentially unsafe conditions


* Uses equipment and materials properly

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED

Prefer 1+ years’ operating a forklift

Prefer Forklift training
