Business Analytics Lead Analyst - Remote

Summary

As the Lead Analyst, you will lead development and optimization of high-performance Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.

You'll shape the data visualization strategy, collaborating within the team and key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

This role involves integration and managing clean data sources while optimizing dashboard performance for scalability.

You will also lead cross-functional coordination of data quality and operation resources to oversee and ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the Strategic & Insights Analytics Team, continuously evolving your skills tackling new and complex challenges.

Responsibilities


* Lead dashboard development.

Design, create and deploy high-performance Tableau dashboards and reports.


* Implement best practices for effective communication of insights.


* Collaborate with stakeholders.

Work closely with business leaders, analysts and internal users to gather requirements.


* Performance Optimization.

Continuously improve Tableau dashboard responsiveness and scalability.


* Innovate Visualization Techniques.

Research new ways to visualize complex data and meet evolving business needs.


* Project Management.

Oversee timelines to ensure Tableau solutions align with company goals with timely delivery.

Qualifications


* HS Diploma required


* 5+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics with a strong focus in Tableau


* Healthcare/insurance experience preferred


* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others translating business requirements into actionable insights


* High willingness to take initiative and experience delivering data and reporting solutions

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,700 - 127,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
