Director of Case Management

At Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Case Management to join our dynamic team.

This leadership role is integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and effective case management services.

KRMC is located in beautiful northwest Arizona.

Purpose: The Director of Case Management is a Nursing Leader responsible for the oversight of the Case Management and Social Work team.

The Director facilitates department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities that ensure the achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth, and quality and safety outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who excels in utilizing data to drive decisions, plan, and implement process improvement strategies, and possesses a strong analytical mindset.

They should have substantial experience in clinical case management and managed care, with a proven track record of enhancing patient outcomes through strategic planning and effective team management.

Hours/Shift: Full Time/Days On-Site
