Environmental Services Technician - Full-time – Eastpark Medical Center

Work Schedule :

These positions work 8-hour evening shifts between the hours of 3:00pm to 1:30am.

If selected for an interview, we will discuss the schedule options at that time.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay: This position includes a shift/weekend differential, and you may be eligible for up to a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated on FTE/Hours).

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech/Housekeeping/Janitor) to:


* Perform general housekeeping and custodian responsibilities within the University Hospital.


* Clean and disinfect facilities, using proper procedures and equipment.


* Aid in the prevention of diseases by sanitizing patient and public areas.


* Follow hospital procedures to dispose of contaminated items.


* Work independently as a Housekeeper under general supervisor.

Education :

Preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent education

Work Experience :

Preferred - At least six months of continuous employment with a single employer.

Previous cleaning and/or customer service experience.
