Radiologic Technologist Lead - Interventional – University Hospital
Work Schedule :
100% FTE, rotating hours starting 7:00AM - 10:00AM through 6:30PM.
Weekend, holiday and standby call rotations required.
May include variable shifts of coverage.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Schedule could include working (4) ten hour shifts or (5) eight hour shifts per week."

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist Lead - Interventional to:
* Act as the principal radiologic technologist overseeing the technical operations required for the performance of routine and advanced procedures.
* Develop and implement systems to assure the smooth and efficient flow of patients for procedures in Interventional Radiology (IR).
* Coordinate work assignments; review and update procedure manuals and protocols; assist in staff education, maintain competencies and training; perform proficiency testing; ensure daily quality controls and testing for all equipment.
* Provide input to IR Manager regarding hiring and annual performance appraisals for staff.
Qualifications
* Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
* 2 years of clinical experience Required
* 3 years of clinical experience Preferred
* 1 year of clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) and valid Wisconsin Radiological License - ARRT (R) (VI) or (CV) Upon Hire Required
* CPR certification within 3 months Required
