Patient Relations Coordinator

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours per week.

Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with no weekends or holidays.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

This position is hybrid for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to:


* Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department.


* Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.

Education :

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or other health care related field

Preferred - Master's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work or other health care related field

Work Experience :

Minimum - Two (2) years patient contact, health care related experience

Preferred -


* Four (4) years patient contact, health care related experience


* Two (2) years experience working in conflict resolution/investigation
