Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone and E-Mail and resolve issues efficiently.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.

Key Responsibilities:


* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


* Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause of problems, and offering the best solution.


* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.


* Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service.


* Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution.


* Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.


* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


* A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:


* Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
