Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in managing data and system integrations, as well as overseeing SaaS (Software as a Service) applications.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data integration strategies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex integration environments.

This role will involve leading technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless operation and optimization of both our data integrations and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities:


* Design, implement, and manage data integration solutions across various systems, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accessibility.


* Monitor and optimize data flows, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely data availability.


* Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all data integration processes.


* Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies between SaaS applications.


* Oversee the integration of various data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow across the organization.


* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.


* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in both data and SaaS integration.


* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
