ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.


* Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.


* Proficiency in accounting software.


* Understand accounting principles, GL accounts, and coding.


* Have an advanced understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.


* Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliation.


* Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.


* Process assigned AP Invoices for Hospital and Foundation.


* Reconcile Employee Benefits on monthly basis.


* Perform monthly bank reconciliations as assigned by Accounting Manager.


* Prepare and enter general journal entries.

Maintain related reconciliations where applicable and assigned.
