Schedules Available:

Saturday, Sunday & Monday 12:00 P.M.

- 8:00 P.M.

Sunday & Monday 7:00 A.M.

- 3:00 P.M.

JOB SUMMARY 

Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitation of a gracious environment.

This entails; accurate communication and order taking, properly relaying meal orders to back of the house staff.

Offer exceptional customer service, as part of all interactions with our cherished residents.

POSITION OVERVIEW 


* Be present in dining room for full meal service.


* Assist special functions as scheduled.


* Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times.


* Oversight of bistro areas as directed – food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc.


* Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.


* Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.


* Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold.


* As directed, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee.


* Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal.


* Attend all trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS


* Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. 


* Experience: Previous experience in the dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred, but not required.


* Job Knowledge: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.


* Standards: Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA.



*Team members who are scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, families of said team members will also be eligible.
