Key Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities

Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team

Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient outcomes

Help patients reach their recovery goals and improve daily living skills

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Compassionate, patient-centered care approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
