Position Summary:

A MA Trainee will work in an assigned NeighborHealth Department fulfilling the duties assigned to them by their direct Manager.

Essential Duties:


* Will provide excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests for patients and EBNHC staff.


* Will work in their assigned EBNCH Department supporting the needs of that Department, their colleagues, and patients (if applicable).


* Will provide telephone/email support; answering phones/emails in a pleasant and cordial manner while providing excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests. 


* Follow established departmental policies and procedures for environmental safety and infection control.

Education:


* High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish prefer but not required.

Skills/Abilities:


* Able to anticipate potential problems and problem-solve independently.


* Good communication skills with the ability to work with different EBNHC departments both independently and as a team member.


* Bilingual in Spanish prefer but not required.

The hourly rate is $20.00
