Manager Maintenance

Summary:

This role will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the equipment and facilites.

This role will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.

Essential Functions:



* Develops and implements maintenance procedures


* Delegates inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues


* Plan and oversees all repair and installation activities


* Oversees workload allocation to staff


* Oversees equipment inventory, placing orders as needed


* Participates in annual budget planning process.

Routinely tracks expenses against budget


* Manages relationships with contractors and service providers


* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration or facility management.

May consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree


* 6+ years of experience


* Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance staff and contractors


* Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
