Position Summary:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for an innovative Lead, eLearning Courseware Developer, located in Bangalore.

As a Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing advanced digital learning experiences that captivate and inspire.

You will craft innovative courses, modules, simulations, and assessments that leverage cutting-edge tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to ensure solutions align with business goals.

In this collaborative role, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to transform storyboards into engaging, interactive courseware through an agile and iterative process.

Key Responsibilities:

• eLearning Development: Create advanced interactive and multimedia-rich digital learning content, including courses, modules, simulations, and assessments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.

Manage complex programming tasks using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring integration with SCORM and xAPI standards.

• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing coaching and development opportunities.

Manage team capacity, clarify priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Champion the J&J 5 Conversations to enhance individual performance and foster career growth.

• Coaching and Mentorship: Onboard new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to foster a high-performance environment.

• Agile Project Management: Implement Scrum and Agile practices to promote collaboration and iterative development and ensure high-quality outputs.

Track project milestones and report on performance metrics to align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results (OKRs).

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with Learning Strategists, Learning Experience Designers, Visual Designers, and Quality teams to gather project requirements and prioritize work to meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Innovation and Technology Integration: Embrace emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to streamline workflows and enhance content development.

Encourage continuous improvement by exploring new tools and methods to optimize the eLearning development process.

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Adhere to quality assurance guidelines, apply accessibility features to all learning products, assist in testing and reviewing content, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
