Position Title: Manager, eLearning Development

Position Summary:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for an innovative eLearning Development Manager, located in Bangalore.

The Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of eLearning Development by overseeing all operational aspects of the function and leading a dynamic team of eLearning Courseware Developers.

Together, you will create cutting-edge digital learning solutions that not only meet business goals but also resonate with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the eLearning Development function, aligned with organizational goals.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the development team in creating modern and engaging digital learning solutions.

Set clear goals and objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Coaching and Development: Champion the J&J 5 Conversations to drive individual performance, accountability, career growth, and development.

• Performance and Capacity Management: Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and hold team members accountable for results.

Regularly assess team workload to optimize resource allocation and enhance overall team capabilities.

• Agile Project Management: Drive Scrum and Agile practices to foster collaboration and iterative development, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Monitor project outcomes and report on performance metrics to ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results (OKRs).

• Cross-functional collaboration: Build strategic partnerships across JJL, GSC, GEO, Legal, Compliance, and JJT for strategy support, requirements gathering, and problem-solving.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a customer-centric culture to consistently deliver eLearning solutions aligned with client goals.

• Asset Management: Govern and maintain team assets, including onboarding materials, development templates, and guidelines.

Ensure project source files adhere to naming conventions and are stored in accordance with department standards.

• Innovation and Technology Integration: Explore and implement new technologies and automation solutions, including GenAI, to enhance team creativity, efficiency, and productivity.

Encourage the experimentation and adoption of innovative tools and methods to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
