As a Fraud Risk Strategy Analytics - Vice President in the Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) Risk Management group, you will be responsible for strategy & analytics related to various De-Risking and Controls agenda initiatives within the connected commerce digital and non-digital channels..

This role requires providing high level analytic support for complex projects that require sophisticated data analytics on large datasets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fraud risk strategy & analytics, a deep understanding of authentication processes, and a proactive approach to safeguarding the bank's assets and reputation.

Job Responsibilities


* Develop and implement comprehensive authentication fraud risk strategies for digital payments, branch, and call center channels.


* Identify emerging fraud trends and develop proactive measures to mitigate risks.


* Collaborate with senior leadership to align fraud risk strategies with overall business objectives.


* Monitor and analyze fraud incidents to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.


* Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven approaches to detect and prevent authentication fraud.


* Develop and maintain fraud detection strategies.


* Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate fraud risk metrics and trends to stakeholders.


* Work closely with product, operations, compliance, and other departments to ensure effective fraud prevention measures.


* Stay updated on the latest fraud detection technologies and industry best practices.


* Drive innovation in fraud risk strategies through continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Master's/Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline from an accredited college/university required


* 5+ years of experience in analytics space.


* 2+ years of SAS programming experience (PC, UNIX or mainframe).


* Proven ability to evaluate the business climate, anticipate change and develop compensating strategies/vision.
