Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager in Data and Analytics to join our team in Mumbai, India.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading data-driven initiatives and providing strategic insights to support Kenvue's business goals.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of data management and analytics.

What you will do


* Lead the Kenvue DNA product line for India and South East Asia with a focus on delivering impact


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data and analytics solutions


* Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and enhance decision-making processes


* Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations


* Lead and manage a team of data engineers, UI / UX developers, business analysts and data scientists to execute data-driven projects and initiatives


* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by establishing and maintaining best practices in data management


* Utilize advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modelling, to derive actionable insights


* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and technology to ensure Kenvue remains at the forefront of the industry


* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data and analytics team


* Prioritize and manage Data & Analytics backlog and demands with focus on impact and delivering business strategy


* Manage projects from budget, cost and delivery standpoint and ensure effective communications with the stakeholders on status, risks, alternatives

What are we looking for


* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

A master's degree or higher is preferred
