* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2 years' experience in the jewelry industry; or combination of relevant education and experience


* Minimum 18 years of age


* Ability to pass drug test


* Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis


* Ability to travel independently on a regular basis


* Maintain confidentiality


* Accuracy/attention to detail


* Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects


* Familiarity with industry terms/processes


* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access


* Ability to continue education as necessary


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* 7,000 SPH ten-key


* 60 WPM typing


* Valid driver's license

* Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets



* Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service


* Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store


* Maintain supply stock


* Review orders for fraudulent activity


* Maintain customer special order programs


* Maintain clean, organized distribution center


* Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative
