Are you passionate about people leadership and developing collaborative teams? We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our Willowdale Operations leadership team on a 12 hour day-shift roster in our Production Team.

In this Supervisor role, you will be responsible for providing the leadership, management, and support systems to enable work teams and individuals to cohesively achieve the business plan and continually improve performance and effectiveness.

With the core activities including ensuring high quality Development planning and blasting operations, people management, training and coaching, support systems and resources and problem solving daily.

Some of the key deliverables will be:


* Oversee the Production function and ensure that they are all carried out in a safe and timely manner, while adhering to the development plan.


* Work with team members to develop their strengths and offer support and guidance where required.


* Work closely with other departments to ensure that all goals and targets are aligned.


* Promote a zero-harm culture by enforcing and monitoring the use of the available safety tools

What you can bring to the role:

To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:


* An in- depth knowledge of the Bauxite Mine Operations, particularly in Production (Load and Haul)


* The ability to demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking, planning, problem solving skills, coordination and versatility


* Experience in managing and leading teams to success.
