Senior Product Manager- Front End Search

As the Search Front-End Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of our Front-End experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, other product domains, and UX/UI, to enhance our search functionalities and ensure they meet user needs.

Your role will be pivotal in optimizing the search experience by fostering an innovative customer experience that anticipates and delivers on the needs of our customers.

Own and drive a large product from vision, through design, to requirements, and finally delivery.

Serve as a facilitator within a larger cross-functional team to solve business problems.

Work with near-complete autonomy and freedom, requiring no oversight.

This autonomy, however, will be within a broader strategy set by a Senior Product Manager and/or Group Product Manager.

Build trust within a larger area of responsibility than a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree computer science, business, marketing, or management or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills

- Any digital product management experience with a multi-channel retailer
- Any experience using Atlassian products
- Any experience with iterative product development (Agile)

- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and other functions
