Expert Technical Support for Electrical Switch Board for Bangalore Location ( Global Role )

You are a passionate customer oriented person with a technical background integrating Energy distribution, Digital communication, energy savings or Data Center Hardware, willing to work in a fast paced, energizing and exposed environment.

Your ability to analyze, diagnose and decide is very appreciated, as well as your appetite to understand complexes technical business .

As customer care expert, you will be integrated in Power Products Customer Care Experts team, working on Low voltages switchgears and circuit breakers.

Such equipment's are the heart of most power distribution architectures, and onboard a large range of technologies, from digital communication based on Ethernet Modbus TCPIP and associated firmware, to short circuit arc interruption technologies.

Low Voltage offers are well deployed in demanding applications - Oil&Gas, Hospitals, Navy, Cloud segment - and generate equal attention.

You will be the one who will support the customer globally .

On these ranges, most difficult customer issues reach Customer Care level Expert.

As customer care expert , your role is to find a suitable solution for our customer, using the relevant support internal in your entity (Marketing, Continuous engineering team, test labs etc.).

As a key element of the support chain, your role will be to demonstrate Schneider Electric's values and build trust over time, transforming difficult situations in opportunities.

Ranges in scope:


* Low voltage equipment



* Motor Management Contactors


* ComPacT, MasterPact circuit breakers


* Okken, BlokSet, Prisma enclosures, Canalis busways

Qualifications - Internal

The candidate will have a technical educational background in Electricity, electronics & mechanics, or communication protocols (Modbus TCP, Lora...).

Past experience in Power distribution, Green Energy or Data center power architecture will be appreciated

She/ He will be:

* Fluent++ in English


* preferable to have a second international language (Chinese, Spanish)

Qualifications - External

Overall 10 years and minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
