DHL Express is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its office in Diegem, Belgium.

The purpose of this role is to support the development, implementation and optimization of the tools and systems in line with the Global Aviation Programs roadmap.

The job holder will be responsible for supporting all areas of reporting and analysis within the Global Network Support Group. 

 
 

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?



* Support the implementation and global roll-out of these systems in conjunction with Global IT, external vendors and other business stakeholders


* To support the design, development/UAT testing and implementation of all tools within the Global Aviation Programs-GNSG landscape with the main focus on VISTA


* Support in analysis and review of change request (CR’s) documents and ensure priorities for our roadmaps are clear and agreed with planned timelines clearly communicated to stakeholders 


* To liaise with key stakeholders and regional teams to ensure the development requirements are fully analyzed, documented, justified and agreed (User Stories, POA’s, BRS’s etc.) prior to handing over to IT/suppliers


* Support in preparation, coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each development cycle/system change including pre-testing, UAT test plans, Issue logs etc.

followed by any release to production (RTP) activities


* To produce and distribute a number of reports to support our key stakeholders, including but not limited to weekly scorecards, capacity related reports, performance (OTP) reports, RCG etc


* To provide front line business support for any issues/questions relating to reports within the GNSG reporting landscape e.g.

capacity, performance, RCG etc


* To liaise with key stakeholders to gather the requirements for all new reports and ensure they are fully documented, justified and agreed (CR’s, POA’s, BRS’s etc.) prior to handing over to BI partners for development


* Fully support in the UAT and implementation of new reports and reporting change requests in line with the reporting roadmap


* Continuously strive to improve data quality within our data and reports e.g.
