THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Oncology Business Unit Director, the Sales & Marketing Director has accountability for developing and implementing commercial strategy for Hematology portfolio business in AUS, with both short term and long-term economic business success.

The role will manage all hematology product lines and indications and corresponding marketing & sales plans to deliver business' objectives within policies and guidelines; including managing budget and delivering the agreed revenue target and business plan.

This role will be accountable for leading the Marketing Manager and Regional Business Managers team to deliver outcomes and reach their potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop and implement Imbruvica and Darzalex brand strategy, sales and marketing plans to ensure achievement of commercial objectives, in line with overall Janssen Oncology strategy.

Besides, development of the brand Omnichannel strategy, competitive positioning of the product in the market and ensures the integration of omnichannel marketing activities into the overarching brand strategy.


* Creation and implementation of Marketing Campaign and promotional materials with close cooperation and exchange with international teams


* Ensuring the excellent implementation of all marketing activities (e.g.

execution of campaigns / product messages).


* Maximize Darzalex launch performance, from insight generation to strategy development.

Monitors KPIs implementation of brand strategy and suggest improvements.


* Identification of business growth opportunities, including new indications and risks based on customer insights, competitive and market trends


* Translate the national marketing & sales brand plans into regional plans and share these with AMs to align their plans.

Allocate resources according to account segmentation and targeting.


* Set expectations for Marketing and Regional Business Managers including sales targets and competency expectations.


* Coordination of internal resources as well as identification and control of suitable external service providers.
