Molex is looking for a Vice President of Global Sales for our structured cabling group.

The Vice President of Global Sales is responsible for leading and expanding the company's global sales initiatives within the industry.

The role demands a strategic leader who can drive market share growth and adapt sales strategies to meet the unique demands of the global structured cabling market.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy focused on increasing market share in the structured cabling industry.

* Establish and nurture relationships with major clients, industry partners, and suppliers to strengthen the company's position in the market.

* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with technological advancements and the company's product roadmap.


* Lead a global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the structured cabling domain.
