> Launch modeling initiative for import and export flows consolidation and optimization
> Special focus on import flows with low customer satisfaction to propose relevant solution and the projects decided
> Analyze all our flows to identify potential saving / tax & transportation (by flow modification, cross docking, etc...

)
> Analyze, prepare Global BC (Business Case) and implement drop shipments opportunities
> Manage some particular projects of transfer
(in case of project of Transfer where the most of changes come from flows)
> ex : projects of transfer, with a low difficulty for technical Transfer, but with the main difficulties come from change of flow
