This position reports into Plant Quality & QS/Compliance Lead and is based in Mandra.

What you will do

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes within the organization.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, and identifying areas for improvement:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Design and conduct experiments to improve product quality and reduce defects.

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and processes.

• Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices and procedures.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with statistical analysis and quality control tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
