We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Procedure - Echo/Vascular Lab:


* Join a small group of dedicated RNs who work closely with cardiology, cardiology fellows, and cardiac sonographers providing care to patients.


* Provide care, including patient triage, procedure preparation, intra-procedure care, and post-procedure recovery phases.


* Engage in acquiring new skills and participating on a procedural team that participates in utilizing cutting edge technology in the field of ultrasound.


* Perform procedures that include: treadmill only stress testing, dobutamine and stress echo echocardiography, tilt tables and transesophageal echocardiograms.


* Work collaboratively with the sonography team to administer contrast enhancement to improve patient outcomes.


* Join fellow nurses to work as a team and help one another succeed.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of relevant clinical nursing experience Required


* Specific to EP Lab- Previous moderate sedation experience Required


* Additional years of relevant clinical nursing experience Preferred


* Prior involvement in clinical procedures in area of specialty, including successful work or involvement in other hospital-wide project work Preferred


* Experience in an academic medical setting Preferred


* Specific to Gastro/Endo & Generations - Previous moderate sedation experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
