The final stage of the process is an assessment day and this event will take place in-person at our J&J Beerse site on 06 December 2024 .

The Program

The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the J&J IM Supply Chain in Beerse or Geel.

The trainee will be assigned to one of the following organizations:


* J&J IM Supply Chain Beerse - Pharmaceutical Production


* J&J IM Supply Chain Geel - Chemical Production


* Clinical Supply Chain


* CAR-T Supply Chain


* Deliver


* Engineering & Property Services

During the three-year rotational program, the Young Graduate yearly rotates within the assigned organization and gets the opportunity to gain experience in different functional areas, such as Production, Quality, Planning, Engineering, Technical Operations and Deliver.

After these 3 years-the Young Graduate will look for a final placement within the company.

Start date will be September 2025.

The Young Graduate will be assigned a functional role within a specific department to get acquainted with the day-to-day working from different perspectives.

In addition, the Young Graduate might be assigned to projects.

In this way, the trainee will get to know the organization and build an internal network.

By creating a general overview of the business, the young graduate will be ready for a new challenge within the Johnson & Johnson Suppl...
