Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, monitor industry trends, and support business case development.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement strategic plans for Treasury Services.


* Collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.


* Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.


* Partner across functions to build and assess business cases.


* Drive Business Reviews and strategic content creation.


* Serve as a trusted advisor to TS leadership.


* Coordinate meetings and strategic discussions.


* Establish and track cross-product KPIs.


* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.


* Prepare executive reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Minimum 8 years in financial services, focusing on treasury services or business management.


* BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Analytics.


* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.


* Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* MBA or equivalent.


* Experience with strategy or business management in financial services.
