The Executive Director, Global Technology Transformation, will be responsible for leading and executing JPMorgan Chase's global technology Gen AI transformation strategy.

This leader will play a pivotal role in enabling the future of our technology landscape, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects that align with our business goals and enhance our competitive edge.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and enable a comprehensive AI transformation strategy aligned with JPMorgan Chase's business objectives.


* Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that can drive significant business value and competitive advantage.


* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and project managers.

Ensure the team has the necessary resources, skills, and support to achieve their goals.

Collaborate with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources.


* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with initiatives and facilitate the successful adoption of AI technologies.


* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency, in simple and easy to consume manner, tailored to target audience.


* Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives, including technical, operational, and ethical risks and d evelop and implement risk management frameworks to ensure the safe and responsible use of AI technologies.


* Partner with CFO team to secure funding and resources for AI projects, and ensure they are used effectively to achieve project goals.
