Key responsibilities:


* Facility Inspections
+ Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns.

They report any observed problems to the appropriate supervisor or department and assist in coordinating repairs or maintenance tasks.


* Building/ System Maintenance, Repair and Operation:
+ Oversee the ongoing maintenance and operation of the facility's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and fabric.

This includes monitoring system performance/ building fabric, troubleshooting issues, conducting scheduled & planned preventive maintenance, and conducting/ coordinating repairs to optimise the efficiency and reliability of the systems.


* Contractor Management:
+ Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors, service providers, and vendors.

This involves contractor escorting and ensuring that the work is completed to the required standards upon completion, informing the facilities supervisor of any issues.


* Room Setup and Organisation:
+ Assist in setting up rooms and spaces for meetings, conferences, or events within the facility.

This can include arranging furniture, setting up audio-visual equipment, and ensuring that the necessary supplies are available.

After the events, they restore the rooms to their original condition and arrange the furniture and equipment properly....
