What you will do

The Director, Infrastructure as a Service Engineering is responsible for serving as a thought leader in infrastructure platform engineering, leading or sponsoring highly visible, complex projects, and making decisions regarding resource alignment, and prioritization.

You will play a pivotal role in providing a future ready infrastructure as a service solution across technology and data for all applications hosted in our on-premise (private cloud) data center, manufacturing (edge) sites, and regional co-lo data centers.

As the Director, you will contribute to the strategic planning of modern infrastructure engineering solutions that is being delivered at scale in an agile way of working, while also meeting long-term transformation objectives that helps to innovate, transform, while reducing our cost to serve.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the development and implementation of innovative Infrastructure as a Service solutions align to Kenvue Tech and Data objectives, and key results (OKR's).


* Contribute to the overall tech transformation by deploying end-to-end infrastructure as a service solution that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem.


* Help to sunset legacy, high-cost technology by replacing with modern low-cost "open-source" options where possible


* Manage a globally diverse team of senior managers and engineers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and leading their development and transition through our tech transformation


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Cyber, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Quality and other stakeholders to identify, design and deliver secure, modern, innovative, and reliable infrastructure as a service capabilities.
