Country Senior Tax Analyst

The Kenvue regional tax team is recruiting for a Country Senior Tax Analyst.

This position is based in China and will report to the Country Tax Lead, China.

Responsibilities include:
• Lead co-sourcing team to ensure tax filing and compliance completed timely and accurately
• Prepare analysis and monitoring for Kenvue ETR and tax cash flow for China entities
• Assist with requests for data and financial details for various reporting support for TP analysis and tax audit readiness
• Collaborate and participate in initiatives such as supply chain and business-driven projects, global systems, tax accounting, finance projects, and other special projects driven by regional tax team
• Closely collaborate and business partnering across all functions (e.g.

Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Trade compliance) to drive tax compliance and planning initiatives, especially in rapid changing environment
• Standarize current processes for involvement tax team and seeking any improvement opportunities
• Monitor and review tax legislative developments to assess the relevant implications for Kenvue
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned and ad hoc (e.g.

HK, TW tax advisory and compliance assistance.

• Bachelor's degree above in finance or tax
• Big 4 Public Accounting and/or multinational company experience preferred
• Fluency in English, can attend calls with teams across global independently
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with general accounting/financial and tax processes & principles or related business experience.
• Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to utilize other technology resources.
• Strong analytical abilities (data, fact patterns, external tax/legal frameworks) and accounting
• Possess strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional, non-tax personnel
• Individual must work well in a team environment; be able to recommend and implement process improvements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
