Successful Candidates:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program by NBCOT

Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (required)

Rate Range $40-$50



* $5,000 Sign on bonus paid: $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months, $1,000 paid after 12 months, $1,000 paid after 18 months & $1,000 paid after 24 months
