Key Responsibilities:


* Assist the Physical Therapist in providing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function


* Implement therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury


* Monitor and document patient progress, providing feedback to the Physical Therapist


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care


* Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle adjustments for continued recovery

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in California


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
