Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury


* Provide direct physical therapy services, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care


* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to continue at home

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Passion for improving patients' quality of life
