Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our team of therapy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams


* Oversee patient care plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment strategies


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes


* Mentor and support the growth and development of the rehab team


* Manage departmental budget and ensure financial success

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California


* Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting


* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
