Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist


* Help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve their goals


* Document patient progress and maintain accurate records


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care


* Provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy services

Qualifications:


* Current COTA certification in California


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus


* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
