Key Responsibilities include: ​


* Assist in developing and implementing customer listening channels, such as relationship and transactional surveys, to develop an understanding of customer sentiment related to KCP products and services;​


* Analyse customer feedback results across regions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and performance against ongoing initiatives​


* Develop communications about customer insights and outcomes to a network of stakeholders across the globe;​


* Provide recommendations and help influence strategic decision making, with ability to utilize data and insights to support decisions;​


* Provide day-to-day support in technical implementation of listening channels in Qualtrics platform and by collaborating with integrated platforms’ support teams.​


* Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
